We make every effort to satisfy your needs by providing high quality and timely services in a professional manner.
Our Sources and Resources
Southern Recruiters has an extensive in-house database system filled with qualified applicants covering hundreds of different occupations, from virtually every industry. Every applicant is entered into our database and coded for easy access and retrieval. In addition to our database, Southern Recruiters relies on professional referrals from over a thousand affiliated offices across the Nation and internationally. Our network of partners enables us to ensure you receive the MOST qualified candidates to suit your needs and provides more options for job seekers. Other sources include industry-specific print & internet advertising, applicant referrals, and “old-fashioned” cold recruiting. It is also important to note that Southern Recruiters offers Confidential Searches upon request. (Typically, the client name and location are kept in confidence until the appropriate time.)
What Makes Us Different?
A large part of our job is to save you time... but, saving your time is only achieved when we provide the best candidate for the position. Because of this, we understand that qualifying a candidate thoroughly is the only way to make a comprehensive and successful "match." Our recruiters don't just search through thousands of resumes, but spend time speaking with each and every candidate individually to ensure that the objective, experience, training/education, salary requirement, and geographical preference of the candidate align with the requirements of the client. As the result of this extensive screening, you only see "on target" candidates. If we have trouble meeting your specifications, we'll work with you so adjustments can be considered and the search can proceed.
Why Are Our Recruiters More Qualified?
Our entire staff is certified or in training programs to become certified in standard employment practices by the National Association of Personnel Services (NAPS). All of our recruiters are active members of our recruiting professional associations and adhere to the associations’ codes of ethics. They also belong to trade and professional associations in their areas of expertise. So when you talk to our appropriate recruiter, you are working with a person who is technically competent and understands your needs.
Southern Recruiters is an equal opportunity agency. We do not discriminate against any applicant for employment because of age, race, creed, color, disability, or national origin. All referrals from our agency adhere to this policy.
