We have 7 people on staff with a combined 72 years of recruiting experience to serve you. We handle all professional disciplines found at R&D centers, central engineering departments, manufacturing plants, and IT houses. Most of our candidates have applicable practical experience. We also represent hard to find candidates for technical and engineering positions and shift work. |

| Southern Recruiters has an extensive in-house database system filled with qualified applicants covering hundreds of different occupations, from virtually every industry. Every applicant is entered into our database and coded for easy access and retrieval. In addition to our database, Southern Recruiters relies on professional referrals from over a thousand affiliated offices across the Nation and internationally. Our network of partners enables us to ensure you receive the MOST qualified candidates to suit your needs and provides more options for job seekers. Other sources include industry-specific print & internet advertising, significant applicant referrals, and “old-fashioned” cold recruiting. It is also important to note that Southern Recruiters offers Confidential Searches upon request. (Typically, the client name and location are kept in confidence until the appropriate time.) |

All of our recruiters are active members of our recruiting professional associations and adhere to the associations’ codes of ethics.
